As the Head of Global CX Solutions Engineering at Zoom, Amy leads a team of Solution Engineers who act as trusted advisors to clients and help them envision how the Zoom platform can transform their customer experience strategy. Before joining Zoom, Amy served as the VP of Technical Solution Engineering at Genesys and led a team of technical evangelists who acted as a revenue driving liaison between product teams, customers, the field, and partners. Prior to her role at Genesys, Amy was the Director of Specialty Solutions Engineering and Demo Engineering at Twilio.
In that role Amy was a key member of the Twilio’s Contact Center (Flex) Eteam and she and her team played a critical role in building momentum for the Flex solution. She also spent 13 years at Cisco Systems where most recently she led a global team with a focus on technical sales and customer enablement for Cisco’s Contact Center portfolio. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Villanova University. Amy is passionate about leveraging technology to deliver infinitely better customer experiences and that is what has led her to, and kept her in the Contact Center industry.
