Amy Roberge

Head of Global CX Solutions Engineering, Zoom

As the Head of Global CX Solutions Engineering at Zoom, Amy leads a team of Solution Engineers who act as trusted advisors to clients and help them envision how the Zoom platform can transform their customer experience strategy. Before joining Zoom, Amy served as the VP of Technical Solution Engineering at Genesys and led a team of technical evangelists who acted as a revenue driving liaison between product teams, customers, the field, and partners. Prior to her role at Genesys, Amy was the Director of Specialty Solutions Engineering and Demo Engineering at Twilio.

In that role Amy was a key member of the Twilio’s Contact Center (Flex) Eteam and she and her team played a critical role in building momentum for the Flex solution. She also spent 13 years at Cisco Systems where most recently she led a global team with a focus on technical sales and customer enablement for Cisco’s Contact Center portfolio. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Villanova University. Amy is passionate about leveraging technology to deliver infinitely better customer experiences and that is what has led her to, and kept her in the Contact Center industry.

Anthony Abbatiello

CEO Advisor and Workforce Transformation Practice Leader, PwC

Anthony Abbatiello leads PwC’s Human Capital consulting business, delivering HR transformation, talent strategy, change management, organizational development and rewards services to CEOs and CHROs across sectors and functions. Anthony is a master certified executive coach with focused expertise on CEO/Executive Transitions.

He brings more than 25 years of leadership and HR consulting experience to advise companies in all industries, working as a trusted advisor on topics such as senior executive performance, transformational leadership, employee experience and succession management. He and his husband, Chad, live in New York City.

Aparna Bawa

Chief Operating Officer, Zoom

Aparna brings to Zoom an expertise in building infrastructure for rapidly growing technology companies as they scale. Most recently, she was SVP, General Counsel for Magento Commerce, the leading global provider of ecommerce software solutions. She helped sell the company to Adobe in 2018. Prior to Magento, Aparna was the VP, General Counsel for Nimble Storage (NYSE: NMBL); she was instrumental in the company’s initial public offering in 2013. Later, she was a key contributor in Nimble’s sale to Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2017.

Previously, Aparna led the legal and corporate development functions for Inphi Corp (NYSE: IPHI). Bawa began her career as a corporate and securities attorney for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. She was also an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank, where she executed multiple IPO and M&A transactions for technology clients. Aparna is a Board member of Palo Alto Networks and Claflin University.

Craig Williams

Vice President and Chief Digital Information Officer, Ciena

Craig is a global transformative business and technology leader and champion for diversity and inclusion.

He does it by building and fostering teams that digitally transform how they create products, how they deliver services to the world and how they drive operational excellence and efficiencies that align to the company mission.

He joined Ciena in 2016 from LinkedIn and brings over 25 years of experience spanning broad-based design leadership, implementations, and support of new and emerging technologies in multiple industries; generating business value in complex and varied environments including High-Tech, Department of Defense (DoD), Commercial and Academic industries.

In Craig’s role at Ciena, he is responsible for Ciena’s Information Technology organization, enabling the business through technology services, information technology strategy, delivery of next generation solutions, process improvement and advanced data and analytics. Craig is responsible for enterprise architecture, governance, applications, information security & solutions delivery, technology-enabled collaboration, and worldwide systems operations supporting the company.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Administration (B.B.A), Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and a Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University in Information & Telecommunication Systems.
